Personal data
The data controller is Graham Santana, who can be reached at the details above. This website only collects personal data through the contact form. Like any web server, the server also keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for security and to keep the site running; they are not used to track visitors.

- Your name, your e-mail address, your company (optional), the type of project and your message.
- Use
- Only to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. It is never sold or used for marketing.
- Legal basis
- Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- Transmission
- The form is sent to this site's server, which forwards its content by e-mail to my business address. The server and the mailbox are both hosted by IONOS SE: no other service is involved.
- Retention
- Messages are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Your rights
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or restrict its use, by writing to contact@goldencorp.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
